Established in 1953 as a manufacturer of Oriental noodle products to the Chinese restaurant trade, Wing's Food Products Limited continues to supply many of these original customers to this day. From this original ethnic product line, Wing's Food Products has diversified to become a major Canadian manufacturer of condiments for the entire food service industry, specializing in portion controlled products. With flexible liquid pouching capabilities ranging from 3 grams to 20 litres, Wing's Food Products Limited also offers a custom formulation, processing and packaging service which is utilized by many major retail food manufacturers.

In 1976, Wing's Foods of Alberta commenced operations. Established in Edmonton, Alberta this manufacturing facility has allowed Wing's Food Products to offer an economical supply of products to our customers across the country, allowing quicker deliveries and better service, particularly to the markets of Western Canada and the Northwest United States.

With plant expansions in Toronto in 1989 and Edmonton in 1992, Wing's Food Products has continually updated processing and packaging systems, employing new technology in all aspects of its’ operations. This constant updating of technology allows Wing's Food Products to remain competitive in the evolving world market. Our Most recent expansion completed in 1999, in Toronto’s West End was one of the largest Food Plant installations of the year in Canada and incorporates some of the most advanced process and packaging technology in the Food Industry today.

Plans are currently in place for a new plant in Edmonton opening in 2003. The new facility will double the current facility, incorporating the most current process technology.

Our current customer list reads as a who’s who of the Food industry. With over 130 employees and manufacturing plants in Toronto, Ontario and Edmonton, Alberta, Wing's Food Products counts amongst its client base some of the major corporations in the fast food industry as well as many of the major food service distributors across Canada. Our custom formulated and packaged products are seen in most of the major food retailers across Canada. Wing's Food Products is an integrated manufacturing company with the capacity to produce over 10 million units per day.
