General Tao Pizza
Instead of just mozzarella use a smoked fontina cheese to add to the spicy General Tao Sauce. If no grill is available this pizza is equally delicious baked in a hot oven.
With only a few simple ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough
- 2 chicken breasts (about 8 oz or
- 1 cup (250 ml) Wings General Tao Sauce
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup (250 ml) mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 cup (250 ml) smoked fontina cheese, grated
